Minister Cicely J. Hatley-Little

Senior Associate Pastor of Operations

Cicely was born in New Haven, CT to the proud parents of Arnold Locke and Vivian Hatley. Cicely is currently a full-time student studying toward a MHA Degree majoring in Health Care Administration with a concentration in Long Term Care at the University of New Haven, and is anticipating graduation in December 2016. Cicely completed a 900-hour internship at Paradigm Healthcare of New Haven as the Administrator in July 2015. Cicely is the Senior Associate Pastor at First Calvary Baptist Church.

Cicely was licensed to Preach the Gospel on June 10, 2012 by Rev. Dr. C. L. Stallworth, Senior Pastor of the East End Baptist Tabernacle Church, in Bridgeport CT. Cicely graduated from Albertus Magnus College with a BA in Sociology (Cum Laude) in May 2014 and the Black Minister’s Program from Hartford Seminary in 2011.

Cicely taught the teens Sunday school class, advised the Jr. Missionaries, was a member of the Geraldine Harper Training Institute and Budget Committee, Senior and Junior Usher Ministry President, United Church Ushers Association of Connecticut Young Adult President, New Haven Ushers 3rd Vice President, Connecticut State Missionary Baptist Convention Assistant Correspondent. In addition, Cicely was an Administrative Assistant at Community Baptist Church in New Haven. Cicely was on the Board of Directors for the University Condominium Association. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Black Ministers Program Alumni, Executive Secretary for the Levite Association of CSMBC and Vendor Advisor, Vice President of Communications for the Society of Healthcare Association, a member of American College of Health Care Administrators and the National Association of Professional Women.

Cicely as been married to David for 17 years, she shares with David two daughters: Monay and Davena, and a son David Jr. and they also have four grandchildren.
